- Users may not copy, distribute, or use content from the site without permission.
5. Limitation of Liability
- We strive to offer accurate services but do not guarantee job placement or recruitment outcomes.
- Staffing Pro is not liable for any indirect or consequential losses related to use of our services.
6. Termination
- We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate our terms.

8. Refund and Cancellation Policy
For Employers (Job Posting/Recruitment Services)
- Cancellation: You may cancel a job posting service within 24 hours of purchase for a full refund if no services have been rendered.
- Refund Eligibility: Refunds are issued only if:
- No job post was published.
- No candidate profile was shared.
- The cancellation request is made within the valid timeframe.
For Job Seekers (Paid Courses or Services)
- Cancellations: You may cancel a paid course or training within 2 days of enrollment if you haven’t accessed any material or attended any session.
- Refunds: Refunds will not be applicable once:
- The subscription or training has been accessed.
- A service has been attended.
- The material has been downloaded.
Refund Process
- All valid refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days via the original payment method.
